So many wines, so few dead trees.

Wine Spectator’s energetic tasters can’t fit all their reviews into the magazine, and here’s a few of Two Hands wines from Harvey Steiman that were recently published exclusively on the Web:

92 Two Hands Shiraz Heathcote Max’s Garden 2010  Fresh and vibrant, a juicy mouthful of blackberry, black cherry and graphite flavors that keep singing as the finish rolls on and on. Shows deft balance and refinement, plus length. Drink now through 2020. 125 cases made. –HS

90 Two Hands Shiraz Langhorne Creek Harry & Edward’s Garden 2010  Dark and spicy, with layers of tar, black pepper and black cherry flavors piling up on one another, finishing with refined tannins. Drink now through 2017. 60 cases made. –HS

89 Two Hands Grenache Barossa Valley Yesterday’s Hero 2010  Fresh and open-textured, with a nice transparency to spicy, green olive-accented raspberry flavors, lingering easily. Drink now through 2015. 350 cases made. –HS
