Decanting Two Hands Wines the Twelftree Way

Decanting wine can be a bit of a confusing, even controversial topic. When to do it? How to do it? Wine experts debate the issue, but when it comes to serving young Two Hands wines, proprietor and managing director Michael Twelftree makes decanting a regular practice. In fact, he double decants the wines – that’s out of the bottle and then back into the bottle. It sounds pretty involved, but as this video with Michael demonstrates, it’s a simple process that helps deliver the fullest expression of the wine and its place of origin.
