Far and Wide in Search of Regional Diversity

Two Hands is almost – but not quite – a South Australia-only winery. In its quest to explore the regional  diversity of Australian Shiraz, the winery also ventures to Heathcote, a wine region (and small town) about an hour and half drive north of Melbourne, in Victoria. This is the source for the winery’s Max’s Garden bottling in the Garden Series. Why go to the trouble to make a wine from a place hundreds of miles away from the Barossa winery?
