Grapes & Capes: Rave Review for Two Hands Gnarly Dudes Shiraz 2018

Joey Casco of Grapes & Capes and The Wine Stalker gave Two Hands Gnarly Dudes Shiraz 2018 a rave review and described it as “an awesome bottle and completely worth every cent.”

“This is 100% Shiraz from Barossa Valley, Australia, and the color of the wine is deeeeeeep dark purple. On the nose there’s the floral aromas of violets over plums, prunes, licorice, and chocolate. On the palate it’s medium bodied and kinda flat in mouthfeel with soft tannin and an acidity that doesn’t take over the show but brightens things up on the finish. There’s flavors of plums, blackberries, chocolate, and tarragon. Then it finishes with plums, root beer, and ethanol heat. “
